Do you handle full reinstatement before a lease ends?
Yes. We price the works against the landlord's handover checklist, programme them backwards from your lease expiry date, and attend the joint inspection with the managing agent.
Can you take on one trade only?
Yes. Plenty of jobs are a single trade — a repaint, a false ceiling, a handyman list. You do not have to take the whole package.
Do you support homes and businesses?
Both. We work on landed homes, HDB flats and condominiums, as well as offices, shops, F&B outlets and commercial units.
How quickly can you respond?
For urgent electrical faults we aim to be on site the same day. For quoted works we normally survey within two working days and return an itemised quote within three.
Do you handle permits and building approvals?
Yes. HDB renovation permits, MCST applications and building permits to work are submitted on your behalf, with method statements and risk assessments where the building asks for them.
Is there a warranty on the work?
Twelve months on workmanship across every trade. Snagging after handover is part of the job, not an extra.
