Frequently Asked Questions

Can you handle the whole renovation, or only one trade?
Either. Most clients take the whole scope — hacking, ceilings, plaster, power and paint — because it is one programme and one point of contact. If you only need one trade, that is fine too.
Do you handle the permits?
Yes. Hacking, structural and building permits are submitted on your behalf, and we tell you at quotation stage which ones your scope actually needs and how long they take.
How much does reinstatement cost in Singapore?
It depends on the floor area, what has to come out, what the tenancy agreement requires and how much time we have. Send the unit size, the handover date and a few photos and you will get an itemised quotation.
Can the works run outside office hours?
Yes, and in an occupied building they usually have to. Night and weekend work is priced differently from standard hours and we say so before you confirm.
Do you work on industrial properties?
Yes. Warehouses, factories and workshops as well as offices, retail units and F&B. Industrial sites usually mean more attention to access and to the permits than to the works themselves.
What happens at handover?
We clean out, walk the unit with you or the landlord's surveyor, and put right anything on the list before we invoice. A reinstatement that fails an inspection is not finished.
