What is reinstatement work?
Reinstatement is returning a leased unit to the condition recorded at handover. Everything added during the fit-out comes out, the surfaces behind it are made good, and the unit is handed back to the landlord for a joint inspection.
How long does a reinstatement project usually take?
Allow four to six weeks before lease expiry for a typical office unit. Buildings that only permit noisy works after hours need longer, and the joint inspection has to sit inside your lease term.
Do you handle electrical and plumbing removal?
Yes. We remove tenant wiring, DBs, data points and lighting, and we take out pipes and sanitary fittings and make good the water points behind them. Licensed trades carry out the works that require them.
Do you provide debris disposal and site clearing?
