A live-mall strip-out run inside a five-night permit window, with hoarding, dust screening and every load carted through the service lift.
Working in an operating mall means the constraint is never the demolition itself, it is access. All debris had to leave through a shared service lift on a booking system, and the shopfront hoarding had to be up before the first hack.
The scope covered the existing shopfront and glazing, suspended ceiling and lighting, floor tiles down to screed, and all tenant electrical and data back to the riser. Structural columns and the sprinkler main were identified, marked and protected before work started.
Sorted debris was carted away nightly so nothing accumulated in the common corridor, and the unit was handed to the incoming fit-out contractor swept and ready on day six.

A wardrobe run built in a room too tight to lay the frames flat, anchored properly and the packaging taken away.
A tired mortice lock swapped for a digital one, with the door edge made good so the new plate sat flat.
