Day and Night Curtains in Punggol

A new flat with bare windows throughout and an owner who wanted daylight without the whole block looking in.

Every window got a double track: a sheer on the front runner and a night curtain behind it, each running clear of the glass when open so no window is half covered during the day.

The living room track runs ceiling mounted rather than wall mounted, because the wall above that window is a service duct and there is nothing behind the board worth fixing into. The bedrooms took wall-mounted tracks fixed into the concrete lintel.

Drops were measured from the track, not the frame, and the curtains were dressed and left to hang before we called it finished.
