F&B Kitchen Plumbing in Tanjong Pagar
A café kitchen re-piped for a new equipment layout, tested and signed off before the counters went back in.
The incoming tenant's kitchen layout put the sinks and the dishwasher nowhere near the existing points, and the previous fit-out had left a run of flexible connections doing work they were never meant to do.
The kitchen was re-piped to the new layout in PPR, with proper isolation at each appliance so one fault no longer means shutting the whole kitchen down. Waste runs and the grease trap connection were reset to fall correctly.
Everything was pressure tested and run before the counters went back over it — the one point in the programme where a leak is still cheap to find.
