Whole-Unit HDB Repaint in Punggol
An occupied flat repainted room by room, with the preparation that stops old repairs reappearing by the second year.
The flat was still lived in and the family did not want to move out, so it was painted zone by zone with two bedrooms kept in use throughout.
Old filler was sanded back, repairs were spot-primed, and every surface took primer plus two finish coats. Ceilings, walls, doors and skirtings were all masked properly rather than cut in by hand at speed.
Each area was cleared and reset before we left for the day, and we walked the flat with the owner at the end to agree the touch-up list.
