Cement Plaster and Levelling in Tuas
New blockwork plastered and levelled across an industrial unit, handed over flat and ready for the coating system.
New internal blockwork had gone up across the unit and needed a durable finish that would take a hard-wearing coating rather than a domestic emulsion.
Walls were cement-plastered, and the areas the previous contractor had left out of true were levelled rather than skimmed over — a wave under a gloss coating in a lit warehouse shows from the other end of the floor.
Work was sequenced around the M&E first fix so nothing had to be reopened, and the unit was handed over clean and paint-ready to the client's coating contractor.
