Office Demolition in Paya Lebar

A whole-floor strip of a dated office fit-out, taken back to bare structure so the incoming tenant could start from a clean slab.

Interior strip-out in progress with support props, rubble and tools

The floor had been fitted out twice without anything being removed in between, so the first job was working out what was original and what had been added. Two walls that looked like partitions turned out to be enclosing risers.

The scope covered every partition wall, the suspended ceiling and its lighting, the raised floor, and the carpentry along the window line. Structural columns, the sprinkler main and the riser enclosures were marked and protected before the first wall came down.

Debris was chuted and carted away daily, and the floor was handed over swept with services capped and labelled.
