Office Rewire and Lighting in Jurong

The tenant was reconfiguring the floor and the existing lighting and power no longer matched anything about the new plan — desks under nothing, and sockets behind partitions that had gone.

We first-fixed power, lighting and data containment before the ceiling was closed, set floor boxes to the new desk positions, and ran the lighting circuits to a layout drawn off the furniture plan rather than the old ceiling grid.

Second fix followed the painters. The floor was tested, certified and handed over with an as-built schedule, and the works ran outside office hours so the two floors below stayed open.
