Screen and console taken down for a repaint and put back afterwards, with the old fixing holes made good properly.
The living room was being repainted and the screen and its wall console had to come off the wall and go back afterwards — on a different wall, as it turned out, once the owner saw the room empty.
Both were dismounted and stored, the old fixings were removed and the holes filled and made good so nothing showed through the new paint.
After the painters finished, the bracket and console went up on the new wall, set level to each other rather than to the ceiling — a ceiling in a condo is rarely as level as it looks, and a console hung parallel to it reads as crooked.

A wardrobe run built in a room too tight to lay the frames flat, anchored properly and the packaging taken away.
A tired mortice lock swapped for a digital one, with the door edge made good so the new plate sat flat.
