Chasing new circuits and pipe runs into existing walls under an HDB permit, then making every opening good and paint-ready.
The rewire and the new kitchen plumbing both needed routes through existing walls, which in an HDB flat means an approved permit and a hard stop on anything structural.
We confirmed which walls could be touched, submitted the permit, and chased the channels for the new circuits and pipework. Nothing load-bearing was cut.
Once the trades had first-fixed, the openings were filled, skimmed flush and left paint-ready, so there is no map of patches showing through the finished walls.

A wardrobe run built in a room too tight to lay the frames flat, anchored properly and the packaging taken away.
A tired mortice lock swapped for a digital one, with the door edge made good so the new plate sat flat.
